Thanks Robert - Done.
Hello @pallikasharma11 Thank you for the response, but I still wish we were given the option to choose the security level WE are comfortable with. From what you said, the developers should not even allow logging in without 2FA.Brett
Hi @tommaricle43,Are you utilizing the “Email Purchase Order” Action or another means (Print Purchase Order → EMail → Select Template)?Using the “EMail Purchase Order” Action where the template has a file associated DOES work for us to include our T&C’s.Brett
Hi @donnadeskins55I don’t see anything wrong with how you are attempting to accomplish this unless this new functionality has not been extended to all DACs. In the meantime, you could revert to the “Old Way” via the CSAnswers table - Example bringing in our “ITEMCLASS” Attribute on a Vendor GI. Brett
I can’t imagine trying to work with a count data set that large when I assume most of the combinations of Item/Location would not even have a count associated.I would generate the counts for what is currently On-Hand and then utilize the “Add” button on the Physical Inventory Review screen to enter the counts. If you scan a combination (Item/Location/Lot-Serial) which already exists in the count it will increment the Physical Quantity. If you scan a new combination, it will add a new count row.Since you are retail, I presume all your items are barcoded. I would arm the counters with a Chromebook and Bluetooth/Wireless barcode scanner (could probably get out as cheap as $300/counter).Brett
Found it… This also applies to Vendor Classes. I 1st had to define in Purchase Order Preferences.AC-170045: In previous versions, in order to configure branch-specific mailing settings, a branch had to be selected in a customer class on the Customer Classes (AR201000) form or in a customer’s mailing settings on the Customers (AR303000) form. The resulting configuration of mailing settings in the customer class or in the customer was not properly validated at the time of configuration. During the sending of an email with the configured mailing settings from a document the following error could occur: There is no active notification source to process the operation.Fix Description: On the Customer Classes (AR201000) and Customers (AR303000) forms, the Branch column has been added to the lookup table for the Mailing ID column. Now users can select branch-specific mailing settings. The branch-specific mailing settings must be first defined in the area preferences, for example, on the Accou
Hi @Kandy Beatty It is not an access issue. Please find screenshot attached.
I believe (still testing/confirming) these 4 scripts will delete emails based on CreatedDate and all associated attachments.delete UploadFileRevisionfrom SMEmailleft join NoteDocon SMEmail.CompanyID = NoteDoc.CompanyID and SMEmail.RefNoteID = NoteDoc.NoteIDleft join UploadFileon NoteDoc.CompanyID = UploadFile.CompanyID and NoteDoc.FileID = UploadFile.FileIDleft join UploadFileRevision on UploadFile.CompanyID = UploadFileRevision.CompanyID and UploadFile.FileID = UploadFileRevision.FileIDWhere SMEmail.CreatedDateTime < '2023/06/01' and uploadfilerevision.CompanyID is not nulldelete UploadFilefrom SMEmailleft join NoteDocon SMEmail.CompanyID = NoteDoc.CompanyID and SMEmail.RefNoteID = NoteDoc.NoteIDleft join UploadFileon NoteDoc.CompanyID = UploadFile.CompanyID and NoteDoc.FileID = UploadFile.FileIDWhere SMEmail.CreatedDateTime < '2023/06/01' and uploadfile.CompanyID is not nulldelete NoteDocfrom SMEmailleft join NoteDocon SMEmail.CompanyID = NoteDoc.CompanyID and
Hi @DanWatsI see you recently helped Tim R on something similar. I have added POOrder.EmployeeID to the GI backing my Business Event but don’t see that “raw” field as a selection for the task owner. Any other thoughts? Thanks,Brett
Hi @manikantad18 , Thanks for taking the time to help me with this. Please find the BE xml attached. Brett
I’m having the same issue with the latest 2023r1 Beta. I do not have a RabbitMQ line in my Web.config file. The RabbitMQ service is running. Anyone have any other thoughts to try? Thanks,Brett
Did you add all 4 to the A/R Preferences and utilize the Branch option?
Create the 2nd PO (Same or different Vendor) - On the Sales Order Line hit the “PO Link” button. Blank out the Vendor Filter and select the PO Line you wish to link and hit Save. I believe only Open PO Lines that are not already associated to an existing Sales Order will be presented.Brett
I seemed to be able to link 1 x Sales Order Line to 2 x PO Lines (same or different Vendor) utilizing the “PO LINK” button on the Sales Order form.
I would try flipping this Auto-Run Action to True and see what happens.Brett
What version are you running? I believe this would be easy with the new workflow capabilities.
