Ver 2020R2 and Brand New to Acumatica - 2 weeks into implementation….Followed steps but hung up on getting Child Table = Location - when creating new Left join Relationship - Suggestions ?
Note: Brand New with Acumatica. Go Live is 03-31-23. 7 days away. We have a SIMPLE business model…. this is by no means a show-stopper…..Target: Identify easiest way to find all Generators with John Deere engines when creating a Quote or Sales Order line itemItem ID setup Example: We have Duplicate Data in two fields 1) Item Attribute = Engine = “John Deere” 2) Long Description: “Engine: John Deere”Attribute: Long Description:Attempted Standard Acumatica Inventory ID Lookup didn’t find respective Item ID as I expected. First thought I was not selecting corrent Filter combinations under Description…. then wondered if Standard Description filter is Short not Combined Short + Long Description search.
Just noticed I used “ONAN” in my screen shot….. s/b “JOHN DEERE”…… I do get “ONAN” to show up but ONLY when “ONAN” is listed in the Short Description….. “JOHN DEERE” is NOT in any Short Description….. but IS in Attribute and Long Description.

Thank you Laura. We are brand new to Acumatica. Go Live was April 1, 2023. We do not have Custom Inquiries. I believe you have me going down the right path… I have looked as you have suggested. Is there any way I may be able to figure it out from the Export Filename ? I did not change that after I exported….. just looking for clues :-)
Found it !! I noodled through Generic Inquiry and got to the InventoryItem DAC → Selected Source Data then Cntl-A to Select All and Right Click Export.Many thanks for your help Laura…. sent me down the right path 4 sure.
I see now it is in the CRM INFO tab thank you @scottsmallbeck from Aktion….. how do I make this a required field for entry ?

Yes the file has been refreshed. I have been successful creating New Leads using Data Provider / Import Scenario process outlined above with ALL field data provided in my import file. This is the first time attempting to use Contacts and Business Accounts as well using existing respective ContactID / Business ID and OwnerID (only) in my input file attached. Seems to me the Data itself is not relevent with this problem, but I am unsure why my working New Lead process in Data Provider / Import Scenario does not work when attempting this Contact / Business Account updates as it relates to my File / Data / Process…..
