Hello @BenjaminCrisman Thank you for replay i tried with that way my issue is like below tried to access subreport variable value in header part of main report then its shows the result but as you can see in red box same variable i am trying to access in group section but its not show the result so hope according to below screenshot you understand my issue
@BenjaminCrisman You are right but in this case what happenfor each and every row subreport will run in background so it might be causing the slowness issue if there is a lot of data exists…so it will not work in this situation…
@deybanperez83 @Naveen Boga Hello sorry for late replay… Yes, I would like the processing time for GI's, Reports and Dashboards to improve significantly. For example: We have an internal ticketing system and a lot cases get created on a daily basis. Once the cases are closed, they may be required for another few months for reference purpose but that may not be the case after 1 or 2 years. Instead of deleting such cases, is it possible to remove them from appearing in system, but when required it can be accessed with a separate login.

Thank You for your quick replay @lauraj46 But in this case i had issue that i have too big size files store in database so in that case its not able to transfer the file into Amazon S3 its going to break the process and showing that the time out request error is display… so if you have any another option then it will be great!!! Hello Laura, Thank you for quick replay as you can see in below screenshot there is no option for Time Zone change and regarding site preferences change i checked and that was proper but if i change anything in site preferences then that is globally changes so i dont know what is issue in my login only i checked with others login in that displaying proper so issue is only with my account so can you please help with other solution.

Hi, Apart from the settings on the ‘Site Preferences’ screen or ‘User Profile’, please note that Acumatica takes the time-zone that is set on the Employee record via the linked Calendar. You may try the below to see whether the issue gets fixed. Hello @npace29 checked with above solution but the same issue happen again,i did the changes accordingly and then time showing perfectly but after some time interval automatically its change the time on top of acumatica please check on below screenshot i changed the time zone then for few minutes time showing properly and then after few minutes going to update the screen then received the error,for that check below screenshot then Received the error unauthorized error So after refresh the page please check the below screenshot time is changed Time is changed automaticallySo can you please let me know what was the issue with acumatica

@Naveen Boga May i know once one reason when create the schedule and when my code is in debug mode then every execute minute time is run and my cursor move to debug mode so dont understand what was is the issue its not updated the automation scheduler data in this case….
