Hello, Is the the POReceipt → APRefNbr field always null?I am following up this post as I am trying to modify the PO Receipt form, PO646000, to reflect the AP BIll reference number by referencing the POReceipt → APRefNbr field. Using the example below I want to print the AP Billing Reference Nbr ‘003080’ for PO Receipt ‘PR001665’ on the form. This data is from the Acumatica Sales DEmo Company. When I modify the form and add the POReceipt → APRefNbr it displays a blank. Following onto that, I created a GI with just the POReceipt DAC and referenced the APDocType and APRefNbr fields in the results grid. The results showed nulls for the APDOCNbr field.
Hello @craig2 , Thanks for your suggestion. However, the user needs to be warned on selection of the duplicate item or on ‘saving’ the transaction.
Hello Laura, Thanks for your response and I will take your suggestion and post this as an idea. Will look at the popup message customization you shared to see how this would be implemented in a duplicate Inventory ID scenario. .
Found it.Thanks Laura!
Hello @darylbowman and @kandybeatty49,The device hub (DH) I had issues with is now connected and the printer is active in the Acumatcia tenant.Licensing was not the issue, instead it was the DH version. I thought that I had downloaded the tenant compatible verrsion but apparently not. So I uninstalled the DH that I initially installed and then installed the tenanant compatible version. Thanks for your responses.
Hello Evan,The credentials (username & password) for the user must be the same in both tenants.
Greetings,@jsteck, thanks for your response, which helped.I was able to grab the SSL cert from the domain’s website host and import it into the IIS on the AWS EC2 instance. Now able to access the Acumatica website using “https:\\acumatica.<domainname>”.
Hello, We came across a similar issue this past week. The 2022R2 (PCS) instance is hosted on an AWS EC2 configured with Elastic IP for public access. We were able create the subdomain, assign it to the existing top-level SSL certificate and update the DNS record to point to the Elastic IP. This allows us to access the Acumatica site “http:\\acumatica.<domainname>”.However, we are not yet able access the site using “https:\\acumatica.<domainname>”, which is required to complete the setup on the OAuth Credentials on Google in order to use GMail (Google Workspace) when setting up System Emails Accounts using OAuth as the authentication method.Do we need to install the SSL certificate on the server hosting the Acumatica instance? Has anyone been able to set this up?
