When I select the context help on the Customer Status field on the Customer form (AR303000) the information that comes up is related to the Customer ID field. 

I need to review what each customer status option is used for to determine how to best use them in the client’s workflow.  

Currently on SaaS release 23.201.0092

An alternate method of seeing the definition of each field is to click the ? in the upper-right of every screen, beside your login name, then click Form Reference (near the bottom - this area defines EVERY field on the screen!).  Select the Summary area of the screen, and you will find definitions of available Customer Status.
