Thank you, @manikantad18. Please do confirm if Acumatica natively supports refunds with PayPal; our understanding was that is not the case.Regarding the screenshot you included above, is that confirming that this Kensium solution will manage PayPal refunds directly in Acumatica?
Hi @manikantad18 Thank you for the GI you provided; unfortunately, that doesn’t really help me calculate weeks of supply in a field/column.Anyone else have any suggestions?
Hi @BenjaminCrisman - yes, I’m using both of those tables. I can obtain the qty sold over the past 60 days from the INTran table and the qty available from the INSiteStatus table; what I’m struggling with is the formula to turn those data points into calculating the # of weeks of supply based on the current qty available. Looking for assistance there.
Thank you for the clarification, @RoyceLithgo! Sounds like Sales Orders would be tied to the ARTran table so reporting anything regarding Sales Orders/Shipments should originate there. Thanks everyone for your input!
Thanks everyone. I guess the main thing I’m still unclear on is what is the difference between these tables and the data they are returning? Is there a simple description for the INTran table? The ARTran table at least has a description when you use it in a GI: The INTran table does not. Again, they seem to provide similar data but sometimes the TranAmt and TranCost fields don’t match between the tables on the same transaction.
Hi @kbeatty21 I’m trying to look at shipped sales. Specifically sales revenue vs. product cost.
Understood. Thank you, all!
Hi @laura01,There is no InventoryCD option for the ARTran table. Also, if you look at the ARTran.InventoryID field results it shows the “name” of the item and not the numerical InventoryID number.
Interesting! Looks like that is a feature available in 2021 R2 and later builds. Something to look forward to, I suppose.
Thank you, @hkabiri! Yes, that makes sense and I was able to create the field I required using your formula. For future reference, is there a simple way for me to be able to tell the difference between a calculated field and a field that is actually available in the Database?
Thank you, @hkabiri! That solved the issue for me. Should it be standard operating procedure for us to convert all dates in GI’s using the CDate function? Or is this something only limited to specific tables/date fields?
Thank you! We are demoing Lightspeed this week. Looks like it could be the solution we need.
