@kstockman try clearing the Schema Field for the Vendor Description. It brings the format from the field selected here. I bet it’s a Vendor ID with a lenght of 10 characters.
@ALEXSLUSSER15 the issue was caused by these two relationships: Once they got corrected, the Line Note appeared on the form. See attached an updated report.
@ALEXSLUSSER15 try removing the first line where you link your tables by Note.Text.Leave only the second condition.If that won’t work - make sure your SOLine table is properly linked. You can share a copy of your report here; I’ll take a look :)
Hi @danielleallison,when we create a report (or GI), by default all users roles have access rights as Not Set. A good practice is to go and set access at least for Admin to Delete (or Granted) depending on the screen. This will make the report disappear from all other audience :)Also, for the GIs that was created as a base for Business events, you may want to hide them from the workspaces by clearing the following fields. Hi @ALEXSLUSSER15 ,you need to link the two tables (SOLine and Note) by the NoteID fields in the Schema Builder as @BenjaminCrisman suggested.The trick here will be to change the field in the report results. Instead of SOLine.NoteText, make it Note.NoteText.That should make the notes appear in your report. Anna
Hi, @cmoreland! You’ll need to join two tables as shown below and then group your results by InventoryID.Also, in the Results Grid, make sure you select Aggregate Function = SUM. Attached is the GI for your reference.
