You do not need to have Construction Edition in order to use Payroll. It works with core Acumatica along with all of the other editions as well.
@kratzert - Aatrix is an integrated component with Acumatica’s Payroll. A record copy can be printed and then those numbers can be used to file manually, if desired. It is an optional service but eFiling is provided at a very economical price, if desired. This allows us to provide over 330 forms Federal and for all States.
Hi @peter92, I attached a PDF in regards to ExakTime which they may give to you when you meet. I’ll let other customers reply with their experences. Let us or your partner know if you need any other information or assistance. We’ll be glad to help!Denise
@mattsylvia22 - Hi, you do not have to run the update on employees individually. That is just there if you have new employee or only need to update one employee at a time. Let me know if that helps, Denise
@mattsylvia22 - Hi - Please create as support case so we can investigate to give you the best answer to this.
Hi @patrickcolgan94 These are the organizations available in the Acumatica Marketplace: https://www.acumatica.com/acumatica-marketplace/?selectCategory=payroll-human-resources-hr-hcm&selectIndustry=&selectType=&selectCertification=&search=Maybe one of them might be a good fit?
Hi @amyj03 Yes, you are correct. You would just add them to the Work Calendar > Exceptions tab.
@amajors - Hello! I’ve reviewed the case and it seems the Mobile team is working on a solution. I’ve added your note to the case as well. If others are having the issue - they can also reply.
Hi @zoeymuff, You can talk with your Acumatica VAR or you can visit the Acumatica Marketplace to find certified integrated ISVs for time entry. https://www.acumatica.com/acumatica-marketplace/Let us know if you need any other assistance. Denise
hi @cshaheen26, Depends on the version of the module that you are working on:In 2020 R1 and later - you can bring the paycheck up in the Payment Batch and reprint the pay stub from there. If you are looking the Pay Stubs inquiry - that is secured by the person logged in. Can the employee log into Acumatica Payroll? If so, have them go to the Pay Stubs inquiry and select the check to reprint. Let us know if you have any questions, Denise
Hi @cshaheen26, The only way to reprint a pay stub would be from the Pay Stubs Inquires screen - the payroll employee can log in and click on this inquiry to view all of their current checks and reprint any they need.
@ASarkisian35 - Hello! There are many reasons why Union benefits may or may not populating and posting to the project costs once the paycheck is released. I would verify the posting setting in Payroll Preferences. Do you see the Union benefits on the paycheck for the employee? If so, I’d verify the posting setting in Payroll Preferences is set to post Wage and Labor Burden. There could be other reasons as well. If this isn’t the fix - contact your Acumatica Support team and submit a support case. We’ll be glad to assist you. Thank you, Denise
Hi @ASarkisian35, You would have to create a special check to pay them out (for right now). Copy the current check (if you are on 2021 R1) and then paste the information into a Payroll type of Special (instead of Regular). If you need assistance, you can contact your Acumatica support. In the next release, we will have the ability to complete a Final check that will assist with a terminated employees. Thank you, Denise
