Try on that location in the warehouse, change the task to something else, and then re-select the correct task again and save. That error is like the ID for that project task is lost on the location. Maybe they had a task called MATERIAL, deleted it, and then added it again after creating the location? It still error @lbarker
Hello, The financial period/Post period of either the Prepayment or the invoices being paid could be 01-2024, and preventing application in Dec. Laura Thanks, @Laura02 , but I can still create some prepayments on 01-2024 and apply to period 12-2023; what's the difference between them or any rule I don't know?
Hello @dilys Could you please show me the application tab of the bill? Open Bill APB000286 >> Application Tab If that bill is already selected for application on another document, You will have to remove the bill from that application and then try to apply the bill for prepayment. Thank you. hi @MuthumaliDhanushika27 , thanks for your response; this bill is only applies for this prepayment
@jessicaASA , as you can see, this bill is not available to select or find
Hi @dilys Based on my understanding, the import scenario is not supported for Quick Process, and the same limitation applies to Business events. It would be advisable to verify these limitations with Acumatica. Sorry if I misunderstanding, I use action executions instead of importing scenarios in subscriber of a business event.
Hi @dilys, Have you tried to set the CommitChanges = true for Warehouse ID field? Also I believe you need to set Repaint Columns = true for the Location table grid which refreshes the grid. If above solution does not works then you need to do customization(code) to works it as expected. I tried the way you told me, but it’s still the same, do you have any idea?
Hi @dilys, If above approaches does not work, you need to throw PXException on row persisting event. e.g. protected void RowPersisting(PXCache cache, PXRowPersistingEventArgs e) { if (e.Row == null) return; var row = e.Row; if (row.siteID == "PEDNING") { throw new Exception("Project is Required"); } } If you are not familiar with customization, This link can be push you into right direction to get desired result. Thanks for your help
