TikTok Shop Order Management

We are exploring the use of Shopify as a gateway to import orders from TikTok Shop into Acumatica. TikTok has finally started developing their own solution for this but it is lightyears behind other social media shopping channels. Does anyone have any experience in this area yet?

There are a few choices for running TikTok Shop orders into your systems 

  1. Run the orders from TikTok Shop to Shopify - relatively easy to setup. Data is low fidelity. Major drawback is they charge 0.25% of each order that flows into Shopify 
  2. Connect TikTok shop to Acumatica directly - Pros - higher fidelity data and no need to pay %age of sales. Challenge is few companies have native tiktok connectors. We at Pipe17 have a native TikTok shop  connector that flows orders into Acumatica and flows fulfillments back.
