Hi,

  Is it possible to create a customization that would allow users to have a better calendar experience for scheduling appointments, somewhat like Google Calendar.

@Shikha6831 based on my experience, I would say, such customization will be extremely complicated. I do not recommend to do so, unless you have sufficient resources and want to productize for multiple clients.
