Why do we not have the option to override the ship to address on invoices? We actually receive many requests from our customers to change the ship to address after the invoice has been issued. Why was this capability removed? When we first launched with Acumatica we were able to change it.

+6Are these invoices created from a Shipment. If so you can if you go to Correct Invoice from the SO invoice.
Is it possible a process changed since you were able to change the address?
One important reason you wouldn't be able to is Sales Tax is based on the shipping address (when shipped at least) so it could.potentiall change the balance, create tax transactions, cause issues with applied payments.
Which versions could you change it? Generally you can't edit released documents with very few exceptions unless you have a customization allowing it.
Even correct invoice doesn't really change it, it creates a credit memo and new invoice and links them together.
