I want to add a tag to Shopify orders with the dropship PO Number from the line details in Acumatica. I see the “mark for PO” field, but not the PO Number field.

@Jeff96  or you can try =[SOLine.POOrderNbr].

A couple of thoughts though:

  1. If you have multiple lines on the SO, only the last one’s data will be picked up.
  2. This will OVERRIDE all of your order tags in Shopify, not ADD to the existing, but completely replace them with this one value (or even a null).

Happy hacking! :)

have you ever tried to just type it in, i have noticed that other fields like (Customer ID) work by typing in, when it is not in the list:

lmk if it works!

Is there a way to tell the system to “add” rather than replace? I did manage to do it via zapier by sending a webhook.

@Jeff96 , you cannot “add” unfortunately. This is one of the reasons you might want to keep using a 3rd party solution. The only way to fool the system and mimic “adding” is by first importing tags into Acumatica order, than adding your text to that field in Acumatica, and then sending it from Acumatica to Shopify. It is still an overwrite, but looks like “adding” - not my favorite, and not very reliable.
