Shopify BOPIS Ready for Pickup and Marked as Pickup

Hi,

Was wondering if there is any documentation, or how others are handling BOPIS functionality with Shopify. Specifically with regards to marking order as ready to pickup, and then once the order is picked up. And how that syncs between Acumatica / Shopify (screenshot of shopify example below). 

Few specific questions:

  • Are people handling this in shopify or Acumatica, and how does it sync
  • If you “pick” an order in Acumatica, can you sync to shopify to say this order is ready for pickup
  • if you mark the order as shipped in Acumatica, does it then “mark as picked up” in Shopify

​@mitchellk , I believe that these actions are GraphQL only (they are not available in Rest API). Acumatica connector to Shopify is currently based on the Rest API, so we don’t have much flexibility with these options here.

I believe the only option you have is to create a shipment in Acumatica and then confirm it. Once that is done, the order will be marked as fulfilled in Shopify.
