Setting up Shopify B2B connector for companies with multiple locations

We are setting up the native connector with Shopify B2B.

In Acumatica, we have customers set up with multiple Locations — for example, a company with several office branches, each with its own address.

How do we configure the connector so that when a B2B order is placed from a specific company location in Shopify:
- The Ship-To address on the Sales Order becomes the address of that location (the office that placed the order)
- The Bill-To address remains the address of the parent company

@petar2903k , if you exported companies from Acumatica to Shopify using the connector (so that Acumatica Locations become Shopify Company Locations with attached customers), what you’re describing in the question should already be happening. If you see something different, please share screenshots and expected result.

Thanks!

It’s working as described, thank you.

Is it possible to exclude certain locations from syncing from Acumatica to Shopify?

I’ve tried this in the Export Filtering section of customer location in Entities:

Location Name Does not contain Primary - but it still exports all locations. Not sure if I need quotes in the value field.

@petar2903k , there are sometimes quirks with “contains” or “does not contain” condition. I don’t think you need quotes though.

I would try different ways to find what works. There is a chance that Locations are not filterable.

It seems like they are not filterable at all.
