Good day everyone,

ShopifyxAcumatica connector only allows mapping of Company to only fields Name or Notes.

Now, I am encountering issue with syncing using Attribute to the Notes field. It always provide an empty value.

I mapped the attribute with Customer entity to a Shopify Customer tag - it worked, has value.
I mapped another field in Company entity to a Shopify Company Notes - it worked, has value.
But when I mapped the same attribute with Company entity to a Shopify Company Notes - it is empty.

Does anyone encounter the same? I am using 23 R2 - Build 23.209.0023

Hello @tusharpandita74 . Do we have update for this one? Also, it would be helpful if we can map fields into Shopify’s company metafields too.

HI @jib87:

We have fixed the mapping issue in 2024 R2. For the mapping to company metafields, I will check and circle back to you.

We use Avalara and the company ID needs to be the same across all three with the source being the Company ID form the ERP. Right now when a company is created in Shopify it creates a very long generic company ID which is then put into the ERP field NoteID.  This is then reverting the Shopify Company ID which had been changed to match the EPR and Avalara back to the field stored in NoteID.  This is causing issues for use with tax calculations and reporting because the ID does not match the ERP/Avalara. We need to stop this NoteID from syncing and rewriting the field in Shopify. How can we do that?
