Insufficient rights to connect with Acumatica

When I try to make a connection to live Acumatica instance (2023R2), I get this error. We just purchased and activated the Shopify connector last week.

Acumatica Error: You have insufficient rights to access the ShopifyStore (BC201010) form.

Is there a feature that I miss enabling? Thank you!

Based on the error message, ​@mindweb , you don’t have permissions to access screen BC201010, which is “Shopify Stores” screen. If you are an admin of this Acumatica, you should be able to go to screen SM201020 (Access Rights by Screen), then you need to make sure that for Commerce and Shopify Stores screens, your user have proper access rights:

It’s 100% access right issue, and doesn’t have anything to do with Shopify itself. You can be locked out from other Acumatica screens in just the same manner.

    you do have to enable the Shopify Store Connector in Enable/disable features if you haven’t done that already.

    Thank you! We have enabled it already. We have also Sandbox (2024R2), where it prompts for username and password, then ends up with same error. Whereas in the live version, no prompt for username and password.

    Can you give us some more info.  What navigation path in ACU are you taking to enable the shopify store, can you share any screenshots?

    Sorry, I mean when you try to connect your shopify store.  What screen are you using, can you show me the shopify store screen setup?   

    Can you get to the Commerce > Shopify Stores screen?
