Can somebody tell what is wrong here?
We are trying to import prices. I am guessing that Currency rate is missing sth out?

Your guess is correct:
This is NOT a price import issue — it’s a currency rate availability issue.
From your screenshot:
CM Error: Rate is not defined for rate type 'MONTH' from currency 'USD' to currency 'GBP' for date 01/03/2026
So Acumatica is asking:
| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| Rate Type | MONTH |
| From Currency | USD |
| To Currency | GBP |
| Effective Date Needed | 01/03/2026 (1st March 2026) |
And it cannot find a match.
When Acumatica converts amounts, it loads:
CM.CurrencyRate.GetRate(RateType, FromCuryID, ToCuryID, DocumentDate) The query looks for:
EffectiveDate ≤ DocumentDateSo for:
Document Date: 01/03/2026
Required Effective Rate ≤ 01/03/2026
But your latest rate is:
31/12/2025 → too old for March 2026 if rate type requires exact period
Add missing 2026 MONTH rates
Go To: Currency Rate(CM301000)
Tab: Effective Currency Rates
Add rows:
| From | To | Rate Type | Effective Date |
|---|---|---|---|
| USD | GBP | MONTH | 01/01/2026 |
| USD | GBP | MONTH | 01/02/2026 |
| USD | GBP | MONTH | 01/03/2026 |
