Hello!

We are required to import Sales Orders from the Shopify site, but we are not required to create Payments on Acumatica through Shopify and create payments manually at the end of the month comparing the statement.

Will it be possible to import only the Sales Orders and will there be any impact on not importing the payments?

Thank you in advance!

Amanda

Hello @apallawala21

On the entity tab of the Shopify Stores, you can turn OFF the Payment related checbox and set it as Inactive. This will prevent any Payments related to Shopify orders from syncing in.

From an order fulfillment and processing perspective, you should not see any impacts or issues due to this. Everything will reflect as Open AR at the invoice level, which I believe you would be reconciling and consolidating at the end of each payout.

Let me know if you need any further inputs here.
