We are on 2024 R2. We are trying to get b2b on shopify and orders brought into ACM.

To try and keep things simple we are keeping all company data in ACM and pushing it out to Shopify. Because each company needs at least one contact we manually loaded contacts into Shopify authorize them to order(because as far as I know, there is no place in ACM for this)

I sync all the contacts bidirectionally, but I still get the message

‘The sales order could not be imported. Make sure the Chris Cxxxx (7749807079526) customer exists in the Shopify store, has been assigned an appropriate role in the 944636006 location, and has been synchronized with Acumatica ERP.

How do I fix this to bring in the order?

Ok, i’m not sure I’m following along here, in order to help, we need to be consistent with the data and thread we’re following -

This mountain High resort assoc llc - can you show us the ACU setup. It looks like you have 3 locations with the same name.

You should be able to create a contact in ACU, assign it to one of those locations and it will push through to shopify...just make sure the contact has an email address.

Screenshots could help here. When you say contacts have been synced, do you mean you have synced the ‘company’ entity?

Have you validated:

is the Company setup in ACM as an Organization?

Is the user a contact on the organization and assigned either user or admin role for that location?

Let us know...

I have exported a company and it is linked in shopify

I added the contact to the order and they are a user for all three locations but they don’t show up after preparing customers.

OK - how about the shopify side?

One thing I can see is that your error message is related to:

Chris Cxxxx (7749807079526), but the screenshot is for Adrianne.

Can you show me the following screens:

  1. Your Store Entities screen
  2. Your Shopify Company Screen (with URL)
  3. The Shopify Company Location Screen (with URL)

My Apologies, After playing with a few things and changing to much I started with a fresh company and was trying to export both company and customer. Company looks good but working on customer.
