User defined fields data does not display in generic inquiry

Forum|alt.badge.img

Two new fields were added to the Activities screen. “Promised to Pay Amount” and “Promised to Pay date”. These were added by a customization project.

When a generic inquiry is created the values do not display. But if a sum is done on the column. It shows the total.

Any thoughts?

The issue seemed to be the naming of the attributes. Seemingly underscores spaces aren’t recommend in the naming convention. This was fixed by our support team via a script and the values now show up in our generic inquiries.

Hi @lewisad,

Are those fields declared as DB fields? Have you checked whether their values are actually being saved to the database?

Generic Inquiries (GI) can only display values if those values are properly saved in the database.

Hope this helps!
