Transactions Missing from Vendor Transaction History Report

Greetings,

Newbie Acumatica user here - just 10 days in…

When running a Vendor Transaction History report for a specified period, known transactions, and in some cases, entire vendors are missing from the report.

Any ideas?

    Please show some screen shots containing an example missing transaction, with document Status.
     

    Then show how the report parameters were completed, and the report results.
