The Aggregate Sum is not showing in GI

The Generic Inquiry has more than 3000 of records. In the footer the Aggregate Sum is not showing. Any Idea to get the Aggregate Sum ?

​@rashmikamudalinayake10 Have you populated the Total Aggregate column on the Results grid with SUM. (The column may be hidden under the column configurator)
