In looking at the AR601000 - Sales Profitability Analysis, why would freight “cost” not be considered or factored in the overall profit margin/invoice cost?

@bwaldie May be you can design a Custom GI to include the freight in the sales margin GI.

@bwaldie It is not included in the reports, you can create a non stock item with freight as a workaround and data will calculated in the reports

@mohammadnawaz51 we tried that during our testing phases earlier this year while working directly with Acumatica implementation team and this caused several other issues to come up. Sometimes we charge for freight to the customer and sometimes we bake in, just depends on the customer or salesperson. We were told it would account for those prices/costs in ARTran/Sales Profit. It doesn't make sense not to when there are entries on the shipment side of the transaction to not have them included.
