Report Designer - Tree View not visible

hello,

i’ve created a RD report and i was expecting the tree view to work, however it is not showing up. 

I found a post mentioning that finance reports are based on the unit set, and non-finance reports use the groups. 

 

 

i have several groupings in the report, for customer, salesperson and invoice. 

I have tried different settings with the Navigation depth: 

 

It’s just not popping up...does anyone have any insight into this?

    We are on 23R2, which version of export would you like, PDF or excel?

    ​@kkeating24 I need the report .rpx file. Open the report in Report Designer and then click File>Save As

    Attach the file saved to this post.

    ​@kkeating24 That uses a licensed ISV package which I cannot test it on my end. If you found any similar examples with out of the box DACs and tables I can check it for you.
