Hello Acumatica Community,
I am trying to move the document level vendor notes up in report designer on the Purchase Order to display under the line details. Here is the ideal position.
I have tried duplicating the Group footer section, but then the notes duplicate for each line item
Please advise on how this can be completed.

This report has more than one group level. You should duplicate the "footer Of GroupInvoice" section. There isn't a way to change the order of the new section through the UI. I would suggest moving the totals block to the duplicated section, and adjusting the section properties of the duplicate section to match the original section properties. On the original section, set the PrintAtBottom property to false.
