Removing 'link' in dashboard data table widget

The data table widget is displaying one column as a link. How do I change this so it is just a description? 

There is no navigation selected for the field on the GI, and on the results of the GI, the column does not show as a link.

Hi @suemackeown13 

Just a random check

 

In result Grid Tab Unckeck the box(Default Navigation) for fields you don't want hyperlink,

 

If not resolved share the dashboard once here.

Thank you, but I have unchecked the default navigation in the GI.
