Po receipt list screen (PO3020PL) time out

Hello, We currently upgrade to 2024 R2.  However, when I open the PO3020PL, it says timeout.
I think it might be something wrong in the Generic Inquiry behind PO3020PL.

But What’s strange, even when I try to open inquiry “PO-Receipt” in SM208000, it also time out.

Can somebody help me?

It is a known issue, hope the official can quickly fix it. Already quite a long time.

@ray20 Can you open the GI from the regular Generic Inquiry screen?

If you can, try to export it and then click the clipboard > Reset to Default. You’ll need to make any custom changes over again, but once you are rebuilding it (if necessary) you can find what might be slowing it down by running the GI after a change is made.

@BenjaminCrisman The problem is I can not open it from Generic Inquiry screen.
Are there any work arounds?

@ray20  As a first step, have you tried by unpublishing all the customization packages and re-started the application and still getting the Timeout issue. (Also, try from different browser)

@Naveen Boga  Yes, I tried.   very slow,  never met this before. Is this new feature in 2024R2?Is when I select the inquiry start to search?
When I select the inquiry “PO-Receipt” in generic inquiry screen SM208000, the screen likes to freeze. strange

I found a way around.
Just I create a new GI without timeout, and publish. And copy its url into the PO3020PL.

@BenjaminCrisman I largley suspect it is an access right issue. I don’t have the right access to Purchase Receipt(PO3010PL).  So when I even try to open it in generic inquiry screen, it times out.
Strangely, I can NOT find PO3010PL in access right by screen page.
Can you give me some advice?

I seem to have found the cause of the crash.

I created a new inquiry to replace the old PO3020PL. The query works perfectly, but when I try to select Purchase Receipts as the Entry Screen in the Entry Points tab, the page freezes, and I can’t save the changes.

This is why the old PO3020PL couldn’t load or even be edited.

           Here’s some additional information: I repeated my upgrade steps, and now the new environment I’ve got doesn’t have this issue. It’s so strange and bizarre. But I can’t roll back because the new production environment has been running for several days, and my workaround seems okay for now. However, how can I solve this problem fundamentally? God help me.
