Physical Inventory Review - Positive Variance is $0 unit cost

During the physical inventory review process, when we complete our count the unit rates are calculating properly for negative variances.. but for positive variances it returns the unit cost as $0?

We are wanting the unit cost to pull from the average unit price that exists in that specific warehouse.
