Only one item showing on report

Hi Guys,

We have a custom report called AP invoice with 2 parameters:

This gets pulled from bills and adjustments:

But when i run the report it only displays the first line item on the report:

Schema setup as follows

:

What am I missing?

Hi @francoisroux96  We need to review the table joins with the conditions. 

If your report is works with Sales Demo data, can you please attach your report here (If possible), so that I can review and help you out, if I can.

Hi @francoisroux96  Since you have custom columns in this report, I have removed those custom fields and worked on it.

Finally, I figured out the issue, please find the details below.

  • Removed grouping for Group 1
  • Moved all the fields to GroupHeaderSection2 to DetailSection1 and make it visible

 

Got this error due to the custom field
Bill document with multiple lines

 

Modified report and I can able to see all the lines here
