You may create a GI where you add the ARShippingAddress table as shown below. This way you will get the desired results:
On the Results tab, select State field from the ARShippingAddress table; under grouping, group by State (optional).

I have attempted this GI and also need to display the state found on the billing address. Adding that has duplicated lines in the results. What can I do to resolve that?
