Issue with Images on reports, perfomance issue?

We are running Acumatica version 23.206.0006. Our last update was a couple of months ago. After the upgrade, we noticed that the reports were taking more time to be printed, but it wasn’t a problem.

However, for the past couple of weeks, some reports have been missing images from time to time. As a workaround, users need to reprint the reports.

 

This issue is occurring with multiple reports. Note that all the reports are using sub-reports, but the complexity in some cases is not too high – for example, a report with two sub-reports and not many tables in the schema is having the issue.

 

This is how the images are displayed when the reports fail:

 

We have tested on different PCs and printers, so it is definitely something in Acumatica and we believe that could be related to a performance issue. CPU and memory usage on Acumatica are at normal levels.

 

Has anyone experienced the same issue or have any idea where to look? Any idea is welcome!

Thank you, ​@hsarjapur for mentioning the issue. In case it helps, the last update we received from the Acumatica support team was in October, where they mentioned identifying a potential issue with images in reports, which they said would be resolved in the next major release

Yes we noticed the same, just deployed a new instance of 24R2 and all images in the reports are broken and this is our demo instance for prospect and now we are scrambling how to fix, kind of sucks if Acumatica quality team didn’t verify this and now we have to go out of our way to creating support ticket to get it working. 

The default sales order and purchase order reports are broken, the company logo doesn’t show, maybe this is an issue across the system. Not sure if its due to security rights or Amazon S3 or file maintenance, would love if anybody from products or support team chime on this …
