Hi ​@rashmikamudalinayake10 ,

This seems like a good candidate for a Pivot Table, have you looked into using that?

If this is in a GI, and your column values are defined and somewhat limited, its possible to pull in the same Table multiple times with Alias’, then conditionally Join to each of those tables with the expected values.  However, this method is not dynamic, and a bit tedious to set up.

Just a caution on ​@craig2 ‘s answer regarding GIs.
Will work, depending on the specific tables you’re linking repeatedly could cause slowness. (I’d recommend testing performance impacts before deploying widely in a business, it might end up being something you only want to run/view out of peak trading if it does slow things down too much.  Or something you want to consider adding extra indexes for. )

I need to make time to play with the Report designer pivot tables. <.<

I’d usually go with the kind of advice from ​@ranjithduraisamy72 ‘s thread where you set up groups in the report and use variables to construct the value you want to display.
