Report schema relations

I have customer report label. Seeking to build a report scheman with selection parameter of sales order and then select one of the items on the sales on the sale order. Can someone assist or have a example of this working?

Standard Invoice forms do not print contact

Hello,The standard AR invoice and the Sales Order Invoice both have a place to print the contact.However, this does not seem to work. I printed many invoices out of the standard sales demo to confirm that contact is never printed.I have been playing around with my own copy of the 2 invoice forms and am having difficulty getting contact information to print on the form.If I am correct (and I could be wrong, it did happen once back in the 90’s) and the standard forms are broken, I am assuming someone has already worked this out.Any thoughts?Thanks!

Dashboard: KPI Scorecard alarm any non-zero value

It seems that a KPI scorecard with the default settings for Alarms will display <= 0 as Green and > 0 as Red. I haven’t found a way to make it so 0 is Green and any non-zero value (positive or negative) displays as Red. eg.Gives you this:Any ideas?

Function to get difference in time as HOURS and MINUTES

Trying to get the time difference from when a sales order was created and when it was shipped. The only function I could get was DateDiff. Is it possible to get the time in the format of “HOUR:MINUTE”? =DateDiff( 'MINUTE',[SOShipment.ConfirmedDateTime],[SOOrder.CreatedDateTime])*-1

Line Duplicate In GI Due To Shipped QTY

Hi All,I am revising a GI that show all the items placed in back order or have yet to be shipped. The situation I am facing is that duplicate line of the same items show up when partial quantity is shipped out and there is still remaining quantity to be fulfill. Above screen shot shows that 7 pieces were shipped out and 18 pieces is still on back order. I could not figure out what relation I will need to set in order for the GI to show the line once, preferably the line that is in Open QTY. I suspect there is a hidden line somewhere that I can’t see and remove.Looking forward to see help from the community regarding the situation above. Kind regards,Calvin

Line Items Looping in Report

Hey all,I’m working on modifying the Production Order Performance report. I had some issues with it repeating lines yesterday, but ended up fixing them. After making further changes (necessary ones) it has started looping again. I can’t repeat the same solution, as the solution would simultaneously undo the changes as they conflict. It has to do with the relationships of tables. A screenshot is included below. I need to have the AMProdEvnt and AMMTran tables involved. They are necessary for the changes I am making. I don’t know how to properly configure them as to not cause looping. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Function to get difference in time

Couldn’t find the function to calculate difference in time between fields in generic inquiry ieTrying to get the time difference from when a sales order was created and when it was shipped. The only function I could get was DateDiff but it doesn’t return time only days=DateDiff( 'd',[SOShipment.ConfirmedDateTime],[SOOrder.CreatedDateTime])*-1 Any suggestions in how to go along with this?

Receiving Clerk Dashboard - Receipts with no bills - Seems incorrect

Hello,On the standard Acumatica Receiving Clerk dashboard is an item called “Receipts with no Bills”. I examined the GI behind this and it seems incorrect. The selection criteria is as follows.This seems incorrect as it is checking a text field that seems unrelated to determining if there is a bill. While it says “InvoiceNbr”, the field is actually the Vendor Ref. when you examine the data.Am I correct that this is bad logic?Does anyone have a suggestion for proper logic to display “Receipts with no Bills”?THANKS!!!

Line items repeating in Production Order Performance report

Hello,I’m working on the Production Order Performance report, but it keeps repeating a line item, causing the report to create hundreds of pages each containing a single line. I’ve tried many things to fix it, but am running out of ideas.Any solutions?

Default value for FinPeriodID parameter in Dashboard

Hi,There are all sorts of wonderful @default values for date fields but sadly none for financial periods. I’ve noticed in the past with GIs that depending on which DAC you use, you might be lucky to get the current period to default in a FinPeriodID based parameter. But you can’t chose the period. Would be really nice to be able to use a param like @CurrPeriod and then if needed adjust it with + or -. eg. @CurrPeriod - 1 is previous period.I’ve built a really nice monthly checks dashboard which is based off a FinPeriodID parameter. I can’t get this to default a value and when the dashboard loads, despite the param being marked as required, all the widgets update even though there’s no value for the period (and hence they all return 0 value).Any ideas?

Can you copy filters along with the Generic Inquiry?

I know you can copy a GI and I do that often, but it doesn't copy the "View Inquiry" filters. I create an inquiry for each month and use the same filters using "Save as" and create multiple tabs. The GI is the same for each month, but the filters are slightly different each month so I can't just use the same GI and Parameters to pick the date range. Am I missing something in the copy process or does Acumatica assume you don't need the same filters when coping the GI?

Invoice printing on 2 pages

How do I stop an Invoice from printing on 2 pages? When I open the invoice in Acumatica or export to pdf, it shows on 1 page. When I use the print function, it goes to 2 pages. How can I fix this?

One user cannot view an added field on a GI

Hi, To the Shipment PL, SO3020PL, I added the table SOOrderShipment, Joined from SOShipment via the Shipmemt.NoteID to the SOOrderShipment.ShipmentNoteIDI am trying to get the Sales Order Number. This is working great for all but 1 user. That user cannot see the column. The user can access Sales Orders & Shipments. They have the Administrator Role. I tried doing a reset to default Configuration I log in as that user & can customize the GI & can see the table/ join & field on the Results Grid. But when I view the GI , as them, the field does not display. It is also not listed in the Column Configurator.There are no errors in the trace. TIA, Bill

Finding if an order has been Picked

I am trying to find a table the will show if an order has been picked. I’ve found a two fields in the SOShipment DAC one called Picked and the other called Picked Qty but neither seem to be used. Are there other tables that have either Picked or Picked Qty.Thanks

Pick List - Add customer Name

We enter order transfers between warehouses. When we create the order, we override the Ship To Contact Account Name with a Customer Name. I have setup the Pick List to show that name on at the top. The report customization works well until multiple Pick Lists get printed at the same time. If that happens, all the pages show the same name at the top. I have tried to mimic the Shipment Confirmation setup to keep this from happening but can’t get it to work. What am I missing?Printed with 000494Printed with 000493Printed individually

Hi,I want to get the information on the applied documents to the Payments and Applications form (AR302000) to a copy of the standard report that we are customizing. The standard report is AR Register Detailed (AR622000). Available For Shipping Quantity - Table/source

Hello,I’m trying to add the Available for Shipping calculation to a couple different GI’s but can’t figure out where it’s stored. Everywhere I look either doesn’t give me an Inspect Element option, or it does as an Enquiry that I can’t get to work on the GI’s. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!Nathan

Line Detail Values are getting Duplicated in the report

Hi,I wanted to get sum of all values in CASplit.CuryAmt field to display the Total Amount.these are the two tables that I wanted to get the line detail values.CASplit CAAdjAnd this is the new join I put to get the line detail values. And this is the condition to get the Total Amount=Sum ( [CASplit.CuryTranAmt] ) But when I run the report, it duplicates all the value details in CASplit.CuryTranAmt field and added to the Total Amount.Does anyone know what causes this issue and how to fix it? Thank you.

Dashboard Scorecard Colors

We have recently updated from 2020 R2 to 2022 R2 (don’t ask) and my dashboards have gone wonky. I had many score cards with color coding - most are not visible now. I can’t figure out why. If I change them to meters they work fine, but as scorecards they show up - at best - like the KPI on the right of my screen shot (black text on white background), but the vast majority show as white on white unless they’re moused over. I tried deleting one and adding it back in, but the results were the same. Hopefully someone can help! Thanks!left score card is being moused over

Scheduled Sending of Custom Report with Parameters

Hello Friends,How do I configure a custom-built report to send off Monthly/Weekly using business events or automation schedules? My report does not come up in the screen name selector in the Business Events.I tried using automation schedules, but I’ve been told those might be going away. Also, I couldn’t find any of my parameters in the Automation Schedules either. This report I want to send out will have 140 parameter iterations, so it’d be REALLY nice if there’s a way to run an import scenario for this in either the business event or the automaton schedule.Thank you for helping!
