Finding if an order has been Picked

I am trying to find a table the will show if an order has been picked. I’ve found a two fields in the SOShipment DAC one called Picked and the other called Picked Qty but neither seem to be used. Are there other tables that have either Picked or Picked Qty.Thanks

Pick List - Add customer Name

We enter order transfers between warehouses. When we create the order, we override the Ship To Contact Account Name with a Customer Name. I have setup the Pick List to show that name on at the top. The report customization works well until multiple Pick Lists get printed at the same time. If that happens, all the pages show the same name at the top. I have tried to mimic the Shipment Confirmation setup to keep this from happening but can’t get it to work. What am I missing?Printed with 000494Printed with 000493Printed individually

Get the applied document details of the payment and application form to a report

Hi,I want to get the information on the applied documents to the Payments and Applications form (AR302000) to a copy of the standard report that we are customizing. The standard report is AR Register Detailed (AR622000). We have used the following relationships to get the relevant data to the report.But the data does not display in the report as expected.can anyone please assist me on getting the relevant data to the report..

Available For Shipping Quantity - Table/source

Hello,I’m trying to add the Available for Shipping calculation to a couple different GI’s but can’t figure out where it’s stored. Everywhere I look either doesn’t give me an Inspect Element option, or it does as an Enquiry that I can’t get to work on the GI’s. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!Nathan

Line Detail Values are getting Duplicated in the report

Hi,I wanted to get sum of all values in CASplit.CuryAmt field to display the Total Amount.these are the two tables that I wanted to get the line detail values.CASplit CAAdjAnd this is the new join I put to get the line detail values. And this is the condition to get the Total Amount=Sum ( [CASplit.CuryTranAmt] ) But when I run the report, it duplicates all the value details in CASplit.CuryTranAmt field and added to the Total Amount.Does anyone know what causes this issue and how to fix it? Thank you.

Dashboard Scorecard Colors

We have recently updated from 2020 R2 to 2022 R2 (don’t ask) and my dashboards have gone wonky. I had many score cards with color coding - most are not visible now. I can’t figure out why. If I change them to meters they work fine, but as scorecards they show up - at best - like the KPI on the right of my screen shot (black text on white background), but the vast majority show as white on white unless they’re moused over. I tried deleting one and adding it back in, but the results were the same. Hopefully someone can help! Thanks!left score card is being moused over

Scheduled Sending of Custom Report with Parameters

Hello Friends,How do I configure a custom-built report to send off Monthly/Weekly using business events or automation schedules? My report does not come up in the screen name selector in the Business Events.I tried using automation schedules, but I’ve been told those might be going away. Also, I couldn’t find any of my parameters in the Automation Schedules either. This report I want to send out will have 140 parameter iterations, so it’d be REALLY nice if there’s a way to run an import scenario for this in either the business event or the automaton schedule.Thank you for helping!

Hi, I am trying to customize the standard report CA Register Detailed (CA624500.rpx). I am trying to get the line details in Transaction Details tab of the Transactions form (CA304000) to the report. Report Designer: 2 pages per sheet, or 2 columns per sheet?

This is a duplicate post to : Curious if it’s possible to compress 2 Report Designer pages into a single final output page. The case we have is that we have a long item list that a customer prints and then hands out at their retail location. The issue is that the item list is multitudinous: 100 pages of items printed in 8 pixel font size. Goal: print multiple report pages per sheet, or create a Report that has multiple columns of item data under a single Report Header (this would be nicer for formatting IMO).I saw something similar being asked here.When I attempt this with a Print dialog, I’m not seeing the expected 2 pages per sheet, and I also see unexpected spacing in the print preview, despite having set the visible expression in the Group and Report footer to ‘False’.Any ideas would be interesting!Arline

Hi,I am not so clued up with report designer. A customer wants a report that will show time invoiced per project, broken down by week and day.We were able to create a report but when the ARInvoice as the invoice number is the parameter, is linked to the lines duplicate.Any ideas, please!

Using a generic inquiry as a data source in another generic inquiry

Is it possible to use a GI as part of the data source / table in another GI.Background:We sell our products in an online store, we also have a customer that sells our products on their online store and we fulfill and ship these orders. This customer is also a distributer for us. At the end of each month we report the total sales (wholesale and online store) for this customer. The issue is the Online store orders come into our system as retail orders. We currently manually combine the sales numbers at the end of each month. I have a GI that pulls the Wholesale sales and a separate GI that pulls the online (retail) sales numbers.Is there a way that I can use the online (retail) GI as one of the data sources (tables) in the wholesale GI, similar to a nested query in SQL, so we just have one GI to run that give us the combined sales numbers?Thank you!

How to add a pivot table to Acumatica Side Panel with filtering by current values on Screen?

Hi there,I need to add a pivot table onto side panel on SO301000 screen.First, I created new GI report with needed joins and added pivot table to it. Then I created an action on screen with 'SidePanel' type and set destination screen to my GI report.As a result, on Side Panel I got only GI "All Records" tab, without "PivotTable" tab.Does anybody know how to add pivot table to Side Panel of a screen?

Howreport on the Date/Time of a User's Deactivation

I have a need for SOX compliance to prove that a User’s account has been deactivated promptly upon an employee’s termination. I have created a custom report from the framework of the User List Report and need to pull in the date/time the user’s account is deactivated OR date/time a user’s role is removed. I have auditing turned on for these, but am not sure how to relate the audit values with User’s table. Any ideas?

GI Grouping By Contact Related to SO & Comparing to Attribute

Essentially what I am trying to create, is a GI which shows a list of contacts from a particular customer, and the total vat exclusive value of SO/SO'S that has been created with that contact on it.Each one of the contacts from that customer has an attribute assigned to it with a Dollar Value, which is their spend limit. Being able to display both their total spend for a particular period (which will be set as parameters on the GI) and the spend limit, and then another column showing the difference between the two.Any help would be appreciated!

GI Formula If and Replace - Index Was outside the bounds of the array error.

Good day, Below is a formula that i am trying to replace the Inventory ID with the line description for a specific Inventory item. Replace part works. I get a new field with the description but something is wrong with my IF statement. I can an error from the system it is outside the array =Index was outside the bounds of the array.I would also rather then you the entire id but use the EZ start with; but can’t fine the correct formula. How to pre-populate table AMMRPBucketDetailInq for use in a GI

I want to create a GI over table AMMRPBucketDetailInq, to feed to a dashboard, to show forecasted inventory levels for items into future periods. The existing inquiry ‘MRP Requirements by Item’ (not a GI) dynamically loads rows to this table (from AMMRPPlan) as the inquiry is executed. But I cannot use this inquiry as the associated GI on a dashboard.If I can create a GI that uses this table, I can associate it with a new dashboard I am also creating. Is there a way, in a Generic Inquiry, that rows in a selected table can be populated with data, prior to the display of said data?

Returning data from Yesterday

I have a Scorecard on a dashboard that show ordered that were invoiced yesterday. In the parameters for the scorecard I have Created On is equal to @Today-1.This has been working until today (November 1, 2022). This morning the score card shows 0 invoices created yesterday, when there was one created. If I change the parameter to Created On is equal to 10/31/2022 the score card shows 1 which is correct.Is there some issue with @Today-1 when at the beginning of a new month, or is there a better may to automatically pull yesterday from the score card parameter setting?

Filter report by Week ID range

Hi, I want to generate a report from employee timecard . The filtering would be From Week ID and to To Week IDThe report will generate based on the filtering range week id and showing employee list name with the total hours for specific week .
