In the Dashboards Widgets, when does the data refresh?

I tested and found that "Data Refresh does not seem to work. I tried with the lowest time "Every 5 Min" > Tried entering the data to change > then waited more than 5 minutes but the Dashboards still did not change.

The Dashboards only change when I click "Reload" the website or click on 'Edit' the Widget and click "Finish"
