I want to add vertical line in report design but when the text grow more than one line, the line is not fit with the size to text and in the blank area if no item listing, I want vertical line too.

I’m guessing it doesn’t achieve what you want, but you could try setting a BorderStyle Left on the text box that’s wrapping?

BorderStyle Left property on the text box or control that contains your text. This draws a vertical line to the left of the text box and will extend as the text box grows vertically if CanGrow is enabled
