this file link https://test.acumatica.com/(W(10001))/Frames/GetFile.ashx?fileID=3bd3e2ee-347d-4d85-8f74-93597518c2b6, I can access it when login to admin user but user that set custom role cannot access. Please advice me

Have you tried to set access rights for the files screen for the custom role?

I think related with role access becuase when copy url of file past in browser in admin, it can show file but in user cannot open and show no resource file. but I don’t know where to allow file access.
