I have a requirement where client wants to have a specific logo for some profit centers. Example if an invoice is issued to COA XXXX and Sub 100-00 then system pick logo 1. If it is to 200-00 then pick another logo 2. How do you maintain this in visible expression and linking them to embedded images?

Hello,
You will need multiple logos in the same position on the Invoice Report, each with a different Visible formula per Cost Center.
I created an example using one segment of the cost center, shown below. If the full subaccount, all segments included determines your Cost Center, I expect you will use one of the fields marked with green brackets in the screen shot where I used SubID_Segment1.
What happens if an invoice includes multiple lines and some lines are products from different Cost Centers?
