GI: How can I get the Opportunities Owner's email

hi, I’m not able to get the opportunities owner’s email. If I join the CROpportunities with Owner tables, i will get the error - Operand type clash: uniqueidentifier is incompatible with int.

Attached it the XML of the GI. Hope someone could advise how I can obtain the owner’s email from the opportunities. Thanks
