How to prevent the Generic Inquiry Screenid changes to ScreenId=00000000 ? 

How to remain the Screen ID then go to New Screen ID if perform the GI (Untick & Tick) at the option for below.

Expose Via OData

Hi @JaneHew  Can you please share the screenshot of the GI?

Once we select the Make Visible on the UI checkbox and save, then the Screen ID will be generated automatically.

ScreenId=00000000, which is nothing but it is default screen and there is no Screen ID associated with the GI

Above the screen we use recently but suddenly the Screen ID change to above format ScreenID=00000000. The GI is totally out from the site map and not in the Access screen by rights too.

What we can do now is , we search the GI name in Generic Inquiry and uncheck box and save (Make Visible on the UI & Expose via Odata) . New Screen ID will generated automatically then only the GI appear in site map and also access screen by rights. 

Do we possible remain the Existing GI Screen ID ? if once the existing GI Screen ID changed, we need to redo our pivot table or dashboard to link back the new GI screen ID number.

Vendor still investigate this issue and this is not first time happened to our premises. 

 


Hi @JaneHew  Once we check the checkbox (Make Visible on the UI), then system will generate the new screen ID.

But, if you wanted to change it to OLD screen ID, you can use below option

No idea we can amend the new GI screen ID to old GI screen ID. If this can be done, then will no issue for pivot or dashboard issue.
