Generic Inquiry for InterBranch Mapping

I am trying to create a generic inquiry that returns the following fields:
Orginating Branch

Transaction in Originating Branch:

Destination Branch, From Account To Account, Offset Account, Offset Subaccount

Transaction in Destination Branch:

Destination Branch, From Account To Account, Offset Account, Offset Subaccount

 

I have the tables I need I am just not able to link them the right way.

BranchAcctMapTo

 

Has any one created an inquiry similar to this?
