Hello! I received the following error when trying to open a GI that I have created. I’m assuming this has to do with customization projects? The system recently got upgraded to 2024 R1, and the customization projects are published. Any ideas on where to go for this? Thanks!!

@jzhu Have you restarted the application?

Or do you have option to change ID? OR Copy the GI, if no luck then Open a case with Acumatica.

Before raising a case.

  1. Unpublished the customization and verify.
  2. Restart applications.
  3. Remove the site map and readd it.

@Manikanta Dhulipudi I don’t think the GI has any custom tables. I also can’t export the GI in xml files because it gives me an error when I try to open and edit the GI. I can only export it as excel.

Hi @jzhu Do you have in old version and can be accessible. Also please restart the application.

Go to Generic inquiry and try to find instead of opening the GI.

HI @Manikanta Dhulipudi Still no luck with opening this GI. I can find it in Generic Inquiry but cannot open it. Also tried looking for the DAC referenced in the error, could not find the DAC either.

Hi @Manikanta Dhulipudi We republished our customization projects again and the error went away. Thanks!
