Hi Community!

I have been receiving the below error message on a Generic Inquiry anytime I try moving fields, using column configuration, and using any filters.

I tried troubleshooting by checking each relationship and making sure I am linking correctly. I do have a sub GI used in this Main one. Anytime I remove the relationship with the sub GI, there is no issue. But when I link it, the issue persists.

Any ideas on how I should be joining these two tables?

Here is how I joined my Sub GI

KitComponentItem is my Sub GI

These are my joins on the Sub GI:

Please let me know if you have any suggestions!! Thanks!

@jzhu This can be a known issue we have with GI in GI and in some cases if you add any Sort Order, which seems empty in your GI, the null reference issue will be resolved.

Hi @hkabiri I did have one sort order on Shipment Number. However, getting rid of it caused another error:

Hi @jzhu,

Could you attach your GI xml file here for review?

Hi @Chris Hackett Unfortunately no, the GI is still experiencing the reference error. Only when moving columns or using the filter.
