I have generic inquiry when I click on reload number one, the error message “This generic inquiry doesn’t exist anymore” but if click on reload number two, it’s working normally. This happens in Acumatica 2025R2.

@vannakheng, Try resetting the caches and restarting the application from the Apply Updates screen (preferably during non-working hours). This might be a cache-related issue.

@vannakheng Can you create a new Generic inquiry and confirm if you are seeing same behavior, Change the site map and verify the issues.
