Resurrecting this thread. I also have a 406 error when uploading a db script.

For reference,
it appears that an Acumatica Hosted Environment will not accept database scripts in customizations that contain script variables.
I was able to resolve the problem by dividing the large script into smaller portions and replacing the variables with hard coded values.
