Email notification for service order schedule start date

​@lewisad As far as I know you would need to create a GI and use a Business Event to trigger when the schedule fell within the desired time frame. The BE can send an email but I don’t think there’s a specific way of adding it directly to someone else’s calendar. Maybe someone else knows a way to do this, but I don’t think I’ve seen something like that before.

There are a number of examples of using the GI and BE combination to accomplish an email reminder though.
