Is there a way to only update the metrics in the Dashboard manually? I want the data to remain the same until I refresh it again at the end of the week, but the once a week refresh isn’t working, (set it to refresh once a week last Friday and it has already refreshed twice today.)

I tested and found that "Refresh Data" on the Widget Properties doesn't seem to work. The default data will be updated when you open the Dashboards or when the Dashboards is open and you click "Reload" website.

No, unfortunately. The Dashboard still refreshed regularly no matter what I set the rate to be.
It is my understanding that the dashboards will always refresh the data when the page is refreshed. But, you can have the data refresh by itself without refreshing the page, by setting an interval. The only way I would know of to prevent the data from being refreshed is not to refresh the page.
