I made a nice little dashboard for the storemen to reference. Then i noticed it wasn;t showing for them, it just shows padlocks.
I’ve tried all of the access by … Rights/user/role - But cannot seem to make it visable for them.
I essentially use one GI for the whole dashboard. Attached
Can anyone shed some light, i can;t see why they wouldn’t be able to see this data given they have full use of the salesorder/shipments area.

Yes, i can see the GI and the dashboard. but it look like this to warehouse users.

They’re not. when i publish the inquiry or any inquiry related to shipments they cannot see it, despite me granting rights. There must be something im missing, but i cannot see it.
For example. They can view SO-Shipment but i go and make a test GI “shipmentstest” that looks like below using the same table.

Usually that’s the reason why the user dashboard view it as a Padlock Icon because they don’t have access on that specific Generic Inquiry.
