Create Generic Inquiry of items and Sub Items - Manufacturing

I want to generate a generic inquiry that will list stock items and then all of the sub items for that stock item. is there an easy way to accomplish this?

I was able to accomplish this by pulling in the BOM for the item and pulling the non phantom items.
